Your privacy matters. This page explains how the ZR Express Google Sheets Add-on ("the Add-on", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your data.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. By using our Google Sheets add-on, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Data Access and Permissions (Google Scopes)

To function correctly, the Add-on requests the following Google Apps Script permissions (OAuth Scopes) during installation. We only request the permissions strictly necessary to execute the features you initiate:

• See, edit, create, and delete all your Google Sheets spreadsheets: Required to read order data, update tracking statuses, manage stock, and format your sheets with colors and dropdowns.
• Connect to an external service: Required to communicate securely with the ZR Express API (to inject orders and pull tracking data) and our secure license server (Supabase) to verify your subscription status.
• Allow this application to run when you are not present: Required to execute background tasks you enable, such as the 24/7 automatic order distribution, background status syncing, and scheduled email reports.
• Display and run third-party web content in prompts and sidebars: Required to display custom HTML interfaces, such as the Configuration Wizard and the Settings menu within Google Sheets.
• Send email as you: Required only if you enable the "Daily Email Report" or "Stock Alerts" feature. The script uses your email strictly to send automated alerts and profit calculations directly to your own inbox.
• See your personal info, including any personal info you've made publicly available (Email Address): Required strictly to identify your account and verify your active subscription license against our secure database.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your spreadsheet data is not stored on any of our servers. All order information, client details, and inventory data stay completely within your Google Sheets.

The Add-on simply acts as a bridge. It reads the data in your active spreadsheet and sends it to the ZR Express API solely to process your deliveries and fetch updated tracking statuses.

Your Google Account email address is used temporarily to query our license server and verify your access rights. No personal information or spreadsheet data is ever retained, sold, or used for advertising purposes.

3. Data Sharing and External Connections

The Add-on only shares data that you explicitly submit. Shared data may include order details, recipient names, phone numbers, and addresses.

• ZR Express: Order data is sent exclusively to the ZR Express API for the sole purpose of order fulfillment and package tracking.
• License Server: Your Google email address is checked against a secure Supabase database to validate your license token.

We do not sell, rent, or share your spreadsheet data or personal information with any other third parties.

4. Security

All communication between your Google Sheet, the ZR Express API, and the License Server is secured and encrypted via standard HTTPS protocols. Your spreadsheets remain within your private Google Drive environment.

5. Your Rights & Control

• Uninstall: You may uninstall the Add-on at any time from your Google Workspace marketplace settings.
• Revoke Access: You can instantly revoke all permissions granted to this Add-on by visiting your Google Account Security settings (Manage Third-Party Access).
• Data Deletion: Because your data lives entirely inside your Google Sheets, deleting your spreadsheet immediately removes all related information.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)

The ZR Express Add-on's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Updates to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our app or Google's requirements. Continued use of the Add-on constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
