Welcome to the ZR Express Add-on, provided by EasyCom ("we", "our", or "us"). By installing, accessing, or using our Google Sheets add-on, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Add-on.

1. License and Access

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Add-on for your internal business e-commerce and logistics operations. This license is tied to your active subscription and your verified Google Workspace email address.

• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Add-on.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Add-on to third parties.
• We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your license if we detect fraudulent activity, payment failures, or a violation of these terms.

2. Third-Party Services (Google & ZR Express)

The Add-on functions as a bridge between your Google Sheets environment and third-party APIs (such as ZR Express). Because of this:

• Google Limits: Your use of the Add-on is subject to Google's standard Apps Script execution quotas and limits. We are not responsible if Google temporarily pauses your background triggers due to high volume.
• API Reliance: The Add-on relies entirely on the availability of the ZR Express API to inject orders and fetch tracking data. We are not responsible for API downtimes, maintenance, or connection refusals originating from ZR Express.

3. Subscription and Billing

Access to premium features (including automated distribution, background syncing, and bulk injection) requires an active subscription. Your subscription is validated electronically. If your subscription expires, the Add-on will automatically restrict access to paywalled features until payment is renewed.

4. Data Accuracy and Liability

The Add-on automates data entry and inventory management based strictly on the parameters you configure. You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of client phone numbers, addresses, and wilaya/commune mappings.
• Regularly auditing your dynamic delivery pricing grid to ensure shipping costs are accurate.
• Managing your Shopify or physical stock levels appropriately.

We are not liable for any financial losses, unfulfilled orders, misrouted packages, or inventory discrepancies resulting from the use or misconfiguration of this Add-on.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE ADD-ON IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Add-on will be completely error-free or that its operations will be entirely uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyCom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Add-on.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Add-on after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
